Hinsdale, NH – Joshua Ryan Dunlap died unexpectedly in Winchester, NH on Monday, August 13, 2018 at the age of 25. Josh was born on January 11, 1993 in Concord, NH to Wendy Dunlap and the late William Ferry. He graduated from Keene High School in 2011. He worked at UNFI for several years, where his dedication and persistence paid off with multiple promotions in the company. Josh was a witty individual who loved being outdoors and riding in his jeep. He was passionate about his family and often organized outings to fairs, parks, and any event that would create fond memories for his daughter. He overcame many great adversities to become the hardworking family-man that his family remembers him by. And how he was such a loving dedicated boyfriend who did everything he could to make myself (Jackie) and Hannah happy. He use to refer to us as his two favorite girls. His greatest pride and joy was his little girl, Hannah, whom he lovingly referred to as Baby. From the moment she was born, his life changed for the better. Nothing made Josh happier than her smile and warmth. He became a better man because of her and now his spirit lives on through her. Josh is survived by his loving mother, Wendy Dunlap; caring sister, Heather Dunlap; Amy Hardwick; Curtis Ferry; his adored daughter, Hannah Dunlap; his girlfriend Jackie Charney; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He is predeceased by his father, William Ferry, his grandparents, and his sister, Julie Blanchette. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 5 PM to 8 PM at Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home, 32 School St, Hillsboro, NH 03244. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made for a trust to be set up in Hannah’s name. There will also be a celebration of Joshua life on Saturday August 25, 2018 at 3 pm at the Hinsdale VFW.
