Requirements: BA in psychology or related field. Good driving record and reliable transportation required. Clinical Case Manager Full-time position. Older Adults Program. Duties will include individual and group psychotherapy, bio-psychosocial assessments, and life-skills coaching in the client’s community or home. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in a related human services field and eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire required. Familiarity with substance abuse, DBT and cognitive-behavioral therapy is a plus. Good driving record and reliable transportation required. Recovery Assistant Full-time position. Older Adults Program. Provides community and home based supports to adult and elderly individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness. Services are designed to help consumers follow their individual service plans, develop or improve life skills, manage symptoms and monitor their mental status and functioning. The Recovery Assistant works in cooperation with the consumer’s case manager and treatment team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field, and a minimum of one year of work related experience with individuals with disability or mental illness. Good driving record and reliable transportation required.
